Computation and processing of repair orders.Parts ordering and inventory controls.SAP Accounts Payable (all invoicing including balancing)Update preventive maintenance schedule.Labor utilization and employee standard reports.Vehicle history to include filing.P & L reporting.Telephone receptionist duties.Close period at satellite shop without supervision.Fill in for satellite shop s clerical staff during absenceOther duties as assigned. High school graduate or equivalent. 1 year general office experience. Basic knowledge of computer systems (Windows Excel and Windows). Basic knowledge of SAP is helpful, but not required. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Must be independent and a self-starter. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Some parts or inventory experience preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
